2Using the ZEE Marketplace

ZEE provides a curated e-commerce marketplace platform connecting consumers with independent fashion designers, boutiques, and apparel merchants. You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental consent to make purchases or list items on our platform.

3User Accounts & Security

When you create an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ZEE immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4Prohibited Activities

While using ZEE, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
• Post counterfeit, stolen, infringing, or misleading product listings.
• Interfere with the platform's security, servers, networks, or payment processors.
• Engage in price manipulation, false reviews, or fraudulent chargebacks.

5Limitation of Liability & Warranties

ZEE provides the platform "as is" and "as available." While we enforce rigorous seller curation and authentic product standards, individual boutiques are directly responsible for product manufacturing, sizing accuracy, and initial packaging. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
